When selecting the duration of your trip, please include the day of departure and arrival from your point of origin.
The consultancy includes all research and up to 3 recommendations for:
Air - Selection of the best routes considering the lowest cost, travel time, layovers and stop-overs.
Hotel Search - Selection of hotels based on ratings research, cost, location, meals and special needs. Early check-in and late check-out.
Transport - Selection of trains, ferries, buses, between cities considering the lowest cost, travel time, layovers and stop overs.
Car rental - Selection of rental companies, vehicles, insurance terms, necessary documentation, IDP, pick-up and drop-off points.
Transfers - In and out transfer service, VIP concierge service at airports.
Cruises - Selection of routes and cabins, all-inclusive and ship add-on plans.
Activities - Guided and private tours, self-guided tours, with or without transfers, interactive classes, skip-the-line tickets and time reservations.
Restaurants, bars, clubs and beach clubs - Selection of establishments and recommendations based on reviews and location.
Local Events - Information about local and seasonal events that occur during the trip. Guidance on purchasing tickets, reservations, transportation and parking. Attractions and event agenda.
Local professionals - Search for specialized professionals such as tour guides, photographers, sommeliers, serenaders, buttlers, chauffeurs, cooks, babysitters, etc.
Boat/ Limousine/ Private Flight - Private rental of yachts, helicopters, jets, limousines and others with or without on-board service and operator.

Complete itinerary in an interactive application - Application with an interactive day-to-day itinerary with maps, flight updates, tourism information, vouchers and all information relevant to the trip.
Organization of surprises for special occasions - Coordination of decorated suites, marriage proposals, romantic dinners, serenades, photo shoots, among others.
Documentation research - Survey of all legal and health requirements for the destination. Visas, government forms for entering and leaving the country.
Advance airport assistance - Baggage information, mileage registration and seats. Online check-in assistance.
Rental of specific equipment and clothing - Selection of equipment and clothing rental companies for skiing, snowboarding, jetskiing, hiking, camping, cultural clothing such as kimono, sari, maxi dress for photos.
Look tips - Research local trends and packing list.
Social Media Content - Local post ideas for Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok with Instagrammable spots for photos and videos.
3 edited After Movie videos (Post-trip) - For Reels and Tiktok posting.
Editing of up to 10 photos (Post-trip) - For posting on Instagram and Facebook.
Service:
- Follow-up meeting (60 minutes) - Video call to align activities, including social media planning.
- Conclusion meeting (30 minutes) - Video call to review the final itinerary.
- Real-time communication via WhatsApp 16 hours a day before and during the trip.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum hire: 3 days trip.
- For groups of more than 4 passengers, there is an additional charge of $5 per person/per day if there is no difference in trip elements.
- 1 Personalized Travel Guide per group.
- The Personalized Travel Guide included in this package is a digital material with a PDF presentation and interactive application, and there is no possibility of delivery of the printed material. Passengers can print the Personalized Travel Guide if they wish.
- Travel less than 30 days in advance of departure date is charged a $100 Priority Fee and the Personalized Travel Guide is delivered within 7 business days.
- For each element of the trip, 3 options will be offered with different costs and conditions. The passenger will book the option of their choice.
- The plan does not include finalizing reservations. The passenger must access the service providers' portals and complete the reservation under the terms and conditions offered by the provider.
- The Travel Designer is not responsible for possible unavailability or price changes.
- The Travel Designer is not responsible for providing the selected service. The responsibility for execution lies entirely with the chosen service provider.
- AVP is not responsible for the quality of the selected service. The responsibility for execution lies entirely with the chosen service provider. Complaints must be directed directly to the service provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- After delivery of the Personalized Travel Guide, the consultancy fee is non-refundable.
- In cases of trip cancellation before delivery of the Personalized Travel Guide, the security deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of trip cancellation before the Initial Meeting: 10% penalty on the security deposit.
